Brian Turnage, owner of Turnage Restoration and I both grew up in Memphis and have a love for the community and its' impact it has on those who live there. We decided a couple of years ago that we wanted to "branch off" with a "leap of faith" and start our own restoration business. Brian brings a history of strong work ethic and insight into the world of restoration having worked for some companies in the Memphis area for years. I worked in sales for 20 years, and have an enthusiasm for a culture and environment to the workplace that is kind and a strong desire to take care of employees and their families.
Together we brought our faith into action and started Turnage Restoration in January of 2021. I focusing more on the administration, sales, and environment of the business. Brian, focused on the operations and execution.
In the beginning, we had no idea that it would grow so quickly, but we were thrilled to bring on new employees, purchase office space, offer our employees company paid vehicles and benefits, and create an environment they had dreamed would be a safe and fun place to work. In the past two years, we have created quite a niche in the commercial insurance side of restoration and have enjoyed taking care of our clients again and again. Brian says, "We are a 24/7 shop and we will be there to help no matter the time or cause."
I have enjoyed the people side of the business - It is the "heartbeat" of the company. My experience in the business world for over 2 decades has brought a focus on the details of what works best for the business to succeed and as I always say “We don't succeed unless our clients are such raving fans that they continue to call us for each and every job no matter how big or small."
